Our leaders are entrusted with more than the administration of an educational organization. They are entrusted with protecting the integrity of Knee Chest Specific Chiropractic and ensuring that its principles are accurately transmitted to future generations.
Leadership means setting the standard, serving others, protecting the legacy, developing people, and accepting responsibility for the future of the profession.

KCSC leadership is guided by three fundamental responsibilities

Protect the principles, history, and clinical integrity of Knee Chest Specific Chiropractic so that the technique remains connected to its foundation
Advance the Science
Encourage research, investigation, innovation, and education that expand the understanding and responsible application of the Knee Chest Specific Chiropractic technique
Develop the Future
Develop exceptional chiropractors, instructors, ambassadors, and leaders capable of carrying the KCSC mission forward
KCSC Board of Directors
The KCSC Board of Directors provide strategic direction and organizational stewardship for Knee Chest Specific Chiropractic Certification Seminars. The Board is responsible for protecting the KCSC mission, maintaining organizational standards, and guiding the continued development of the organization.
Arthur Plesa, DC
KCSC Founder
Founder of Knee Chest Specific Chiropractic Certification Seminars and a leader in the continued development, education, research, and preservation of the KCSC technique.
Dr. Arthur Plesa is a 2008 graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic.
Matthew Wolfertz, DC
KCSC Instructor
Responsible for instruction in the KCSC adjusting protocol and hands-on development of the technique.
Dr. Matthew Wolfertz is a 2010 graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic.
David Shores, DC
KCSC Instructor
Responsible for instruction in spinal thermography and its clinical application within the KCSC process.
Dr. David Shores is a 1994 graduate of LA College of Chiropractic.
Scott Jackson, DC
KCSC Instructor
Responsible for instruction in chiropractic history and philosophy and their relationship to the principles underlying KCSC.
Dr. Scott Jackson is a 2015 graduate of Anglo-European College of Chiropractic.
Associate Instructor
Learn. Serve. Teach. Lead.
KCSC believes that the strongest educational organizations develop their future instructors from within.
Associate Instructors are selected for their commitment to the KCSC mission, clinical excellence, professionalism, and ability to contribute to the educational experience.
Before assuming this role, candidates must complete KCSC Certification and additional instructor mentorship.
Associate Instructors assist with KCSC seminar instruction while developing the knowledge, communication skills, and teaching experience required for future educational leadership.
Brittany Betchner, DC
KCSC Associate Instructor
Responsible for instruction in digital X-ray and CBCT analysis as applied to KCSC clinical assessment.
Dr. Brittany Betchner is a 2022 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic.
KCSC International Ambassador
Global Leadership
KCSC International Ambassadors represent the global advancement of Knee Chest Specific Chiropractic.
Selected for their commitment to the KCSC mission, professional excellence, and dedication to the advancement of the technique, Ambassadors help bring KCSC education and standards to chiropractors internationally.
They serve as representatives of KCSC while helping establish relationships, support educational initiatives, and expand the reach of the Knee Chest tradition around the world.
